Miller Gerrard

Miller grew up in Goldsboro, North Carolina and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After finishing undergrad, he continued his time in Chapel Hill, attending the University of North Carolina School of Law.

After graduating from law school, he moved to Charlotte in 2021, where he joined the Fund Finance group of an AM Top 100 law firm, working on complex financing transactions for private equity sponsors and institutional lenders. He later transitioned into real estate law, where he focused on residential and commercial real estate transactions, title review and curative matters, and guiding clients through each stage of the closing process.

He is committed to delivering practical, solutions-oriented counsel, combining a detail-oriented approach with a focus on efficiency to help clients navigate transactions smoothly and confidently.

Outside of work, Miller enjoys cheering on UGA football, taking care of his golden retriever, Bear, with his partner, Courtney, and searching for the best chicken wings in Charlotte!
